Today, we are the largest Growth equity investor native to Europe, with 18 investment professionals on the ground in Paris, London, Berlin and Munich dedicated to finding category defining companies and benefiting from 140 years of European heritage and access to global support through our parent company, Eurazeo SE.

Our mission is to help ambitious entrepreneurs and executives fulfill their vision by providing them with financial and human resources for their growth stage development. Our international network spans 13 offices around the world including Berlin, London, New York, Paris, Milan, Sao Paolo, Seoul, Shanghai and Singapore.

We typically invest from several tens to several hundreds of million euros in each company and have the ability to reinvest over time, including post IPO.

To provide the best support to our entrepreneurs and executives, we have built over time strong expertise around important themes such as M&A, recruitment, geographical expansion, business development or IPO preparation and debt financing.

We like to build conviction in a variety of tech sectors and particularly AI, infra and application software, digital health fintech/insurtech and cybersecurity. Our portfolio includes carefully selected high-performing scale-ups, which we aim to help grow into the next generation of global tech leaders.

Responsibilities

I. SOURCING

• Source/identify and analyze investment opportunities;
• Carry out ad-hoc sectoral research (market analysis, competitive positioning, etc.);

II. DUE DILIGENCE & EXECUTION

• Participate in due diligence and deal structures;
• Design business plans and financial structures;
• Prepare and participate in various committees/meetings and report in writing;

III. PORTFOLIO

• Contribute to the general monitoring of portfolio companies (review and analysis of reports and accounts)

Key Success Factor

• Solid academic record: pursuing a relevant Master’s degree in a top ranking Business School; Also engineering students with academic background in corporate finance will be considered;
• Strong interest in tech
• Strong analytical and modelling skills;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
• Self-starter and independent thinker with strong problem solving skills;
• Some understanding of the Private Equity market would be useful;
• Fluency in English mandatory.
