Basis: Full time

Remuneration: Salary + Benefits

Main Duties:

Advise clients across diverse sectors on commercial and regulatory matters
Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
Assist with corporate transactions, restructurings, and company documentation
Provide ongoing legal support to assist clients' daily business operations

What skills do you need?

Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Advocacy (LL.M.) or equivalent
Warranted Maltese Advocate experienced in corporate, commercial, IP, and/or data protection law
Minimum of 3 years working in corporate and commercial law preferred
Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Practical commercial mindset with a self-motivated, proactive work ethic
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Fluent in English
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
