Looking for an exciting co-op opportunity to be a critical part of building the talent engine fueling a high growth, global organization? The Marketing Communications co-op will work closely with our Marketing Communications department and senior stakeholders. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, solutions oriented and can add to our team’s collective expertise.
A successful candidate will be highly motivated, well organized, able to multi-task, proactively prioritize work activities, and meet tight deadlines. The Marketing Events co-op will be a key member of our North America Marketing team.

How you will create an impact:
- Assist in drafting and editing internal newsletters, emails, and announcements.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience targeting, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate logistics for content publishing across various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, blog, website).
- Research industry trends and support thought leadership initiatives, including blog drafts, outlines, or media mentions.
- Assist in developing PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, and other visual materials aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist in campaign creative asset development, including imagery research, visual aid development, traffic through the creative process.
- Attend and participate on kick-off, status, and weekly calls.
- Support internal communications initiatives that foster employee engagement and awareness.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for upcoming campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Provide general project coordination and administrative support as needed.
Your profile:
- Currently in an Undergraduate/Masters co-op program and ability to work January 2027 - June 2027.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with multiple stakeholders across the organization with patience, tact, and diplomacy.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to proactively prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects and demands concurrently.
- Strong computer skills in a Windows environment, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

The pay for this position is $28 per hour. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
