Job Summary

Seeking an experienced expertise in Reltio MDM to lead and drive master data management initiatives

Job Description

Lead the design implementation and optimization of Reltio MDM solutions to support enterprise data management strategies
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define data governance and master data management frameworks
Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for Reltio MDM projects across multiple business units
Ensure data quality consistency and compliance by leveraging Reltio MDM capabilities
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in master data management processes and tools
Mentor and guide junior team members on Reltio MDM best practices and technical skills
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Reltio MDM and related technologies

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead endtoend Reltio MDM implementations including requirement gathering solution design development testing and deployment
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Reltio MDM solutions
Develop and enforce data governance policies and standards to maintain master data integrity
Manage and resolve complex technical challenges related to Reltio MDM environments
Conduct code reviews performance tuning and troubleshooting for Reltio MDM applications
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training programs for teams on Reltio MDM tools and methodologies
Drive stakeholder engagement and communicate project status risks and mitigation plans effectively
Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the organizations data management roadmap
