We are a residential treatment center for youth with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, offering outpatient behavioral health and on-site medical services. Located on 55 peaceful acres, we provide a safe, supportive environment grounded in traditional, cultural, and spiritual values. Our holistic program blends Indigenous teachings with evidence-based practices to support healing, growth, and resilience in both Native and non-Native youth, fostering respect, honesty, generosity, and cultural identity.
The Clinical Supervisor is a vital leadership role at The Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations, responsible for guiding and supporting both clinical and non-clinical (direct care) staff in delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed services to youth in a residential setting. This role plays a central part in shaping a positive, collaborative team environment that promotes accountability, professional growth, and high standards of care.
With oversight of a multidisciplinary team, including SUDPs and direct care staff, the Clinical Supervisor ensures cohesive teamwork across department to maintain consistency in care, safety, and structure. This role not only upholds clinical quality and compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., WAC, ASAM, IHS), but also actively cultivates a workplace culture rooted in respect, shared responsibility, and mutual support.
The Clinical Supervisor leads by example, fostering open communication and a solution-focused approach to challenges. They are instrumental in mentoring staff, guiding daily operations, and reinforcing a team culture that prioritizes youth well-being and healing. Their leadership helps ensure that all staff—regardless of discipline—are aligned in their commitment to excellence, ethical practice, and culturally grounded care. Working closely with the Behavioral Health Director, the Clinical Supervisor also contributes to program development, continuous quality improvement, and staff training initiatives. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership experience, deep knowledge of adolescent behavioral health and substance use treatment, and a strong belief in the power of teamwork to drive meaningful change.
