What You Can Expect
As the Commercial Specialist (m/w/d) - Technical Service (EMEA) you are the commercial link between the Technical Service organisation and the sales organisation across EMEA. The role exists to help Technical Service operate as a structured commercial business by translating service offerings, processes, and governance into language and practices that sales teams can understand, adopt, and execute.
This is not a purely administrative or support role. It requires a commercially minded professional who can work across markets, functions, and stakeholder groups to bring clarity, consistency, and credibility to service-related commercial topics. In this role you will help sales teams navigate complexity, support the integration of service into broader deal structures, and ensure that Technical Service standards are understood and upheld in a fast-evolving commercial environment.
This Business Analyst role combines commercial coordination, enablement, communication, and stakeholder influence. You will be operating across countries and cultures, handling ambiguity, and creating structure where commercial processes and expectations are still maturing.
