About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst to join our PMO/Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will manage, support, and govern day-to-day business operations by mapping and analyzing company processes. Your goal is to enhance and automate key workflows to reduce inefficiencies, operational costs, and the margin for error while ensuring strict adherence to governance and policy frameworks.

What You’ll Do

Most days in this role will involve a mix of:

• Process Optimization: Documenting and managing end-to-end business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and mapping out improvements to optimize how we operate.
• Governance & Risk Management: Managing the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log and ensuring company-wide adherence to established policies and governance frameworks.
• Operational Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for system improvements or automation.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with Project Managers to analyze project briefs (scope, resources, budget) and representing the business operations perspective in solution design discussions.
• Leadership: Leading Solution Design Meetings to help teams drive global solutions to operational challenges.

We’d love to meet you

Especially if you can tell us about your:

• Experience: 1–2 years in a business or operational analyst role.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using diagramming tools (e.g., Draw.io, Lucidchart).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to stakeholder management.
• Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while thriving as part of a global team.
• Bonus Points: Proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with cloud-based tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Jira).
