Job Description

The role

We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team and work on challenging, modern web applications using TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js. You'll have a high level of ownership, influence technical decisions, and work directly with clients to turn complex requirements into production-ready solutions.

What you'll do

  • Build and own complex fullstack features using TypeScript, React/Next.js, and Node.js.
  • Design and implement scalable frontend and backend solutions, including APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations.
  • Build and integrate AI-powered features and LLM-based functionality into modern web applications.
  • Work on complex web applications with rich interfaces, business workflows, and role-based functionality.
  • Take ownership of technical solutions from requirements and architecture through implementation and delivery.
  • Work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to understand problems, propose technical solutions, and communicate trade-offs.
  • Contribute to architecture, code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of the codebase.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of commercial experience as a Fullstack Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
  • Solid experience with Next.js and modern backend development (e.g. Express, NestJS).
  • Good understanding of APIs, databases, application architecture, and complex business logic.
  • Commercial experience building or integrating AI-powered features / LLM-based solutions.
  • Ability to independently own complex technical problems and deliver production-ready solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
  • Comfortable using AI-powered coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) as part of the daily development workflow.
  • Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish C1, English C1).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Python/FastAPI.
  • Experience with GraphQL, Go, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Experience with SaaS/B2B products and automated testing/CI/CD.
