Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will support the day-to-day organization and growth of multiple business ventures. This role will help manage schedules, communication, projects, systems, and follow-up while working closely with a fast-moving entrepreneur. The ideal person is organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable turning ideas into action.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or operations experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience creating organized documents, SOPs, training materials, or curriculum

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendar, meetings, and scheduling
  • Organize email, files, and company documents
  • Track projects, priorities, deadlines, and follow-up
  • Maintain CRM and client/prospect information
  • Assist with client onboarding and communication
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and team members
  • Help build and document systems and processes
  • Handle recurring administrative tasks independently
  • Turn ideas and conversations into organized action items
