Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, outside sales, or a related role
• Background in home improvement, construction, or foundation/waterproofing industry preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic reporting tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Goal-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
