Take ownership of client inquiries from intake through resolution, including timely follow-up, expectation setting, and coordination with internal teams. Provide proactive, personalized education and support, adapting communication to the client’s needs, including high-value and complex client situations where a high-touch approach may be required.
Manage the complete ticket lifecycle and maintain accurate client records in the support platform, including requester details, ticket fields, tags, categorization, internal notes, status, and follow-up actions. Prioritize and investigate inquiries using client impact, risk, service-level commitments, available documentation, and client history to determine the appropriate resolution path. Identify, document, and escalate security, fraud, technical, product, compliance, and operational incidents promptly, following established incident-management and escalation procedures and providing complete, actionable context. Follow established workflows while exercising sound judgment when a situation is ambiguous, sensitive, or outside standard procedures.
Perform an initial completeness check of KYC and KYB documentation, identifying missing, invalid, or inconsistent information before referral to Compliance. Work with Compliance to support client onboarding and ongoing due diligence, coordinate follow-ups, and help clients provide required documentation or clarification. Maintain clear case records, protect sensitive information, and follow applicable policies and escalation protocols. Compliance owns final assessments and approval decisions.
Use CRM, ticketing, administrative, and AI-assisted support tools confidently to research, document, prioritize, and resolve client inquiries. Adopt new systems, workflows, and AI capabilities quickly, while validating outputs and maintaining accountability for the accuracy and quality of client communications. Identify recurring client pain points, workflow gaps, and automation opportunities, and communicate actionable feedback to improve the client experience. Contribute to knowledge-base content, standard operating procedures, quality reviews, testing, and process-improvement initiatives as needed. Stay current on product, policy, and operational changes, and quickly translate new information into accurate client guidance and day-to-day support practices.
Work closely with AML, Compliance, Regulatory, Operations, Treasury, Product, and Technical teams, completing assigned tasks and process requirements accurately and on time. Collaborate with fellow Client Success Associates, share knowledge, and help build consistent capabilities and coverage across the team.
