About the Role:

Tuffy Tire & Auto in Northville, MI is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry specialist to join our team! This is a great opportunity to play a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our auto service operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input and maintain customer, vehicle, and service records into internal systems
• Process and verify invoices, work orders, and transaction data
• Organize and update digital and physical files to ensure data integrity
• Assist with inventory tracking and parts data management
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner
• Support office staff with administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proven data entry or administrative experience preferred
• Strong typing speed and accuracy skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and reliability
• High school diploma or equivalent required
