Opportunity:

We are looking for a Part-Time Finance Operations & Sales Support Associate to support our Sales team with day-to-day finance and operational activities during partial US working hours.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and comfortable working with customers and internal teams.

Prior experience in finance operations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

What you will do?

• Raise and manage customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with vendors for onboarding and collect the required information/documents.
• Confirm and track customer payment receipts.
• Respond to and resolve customer queries related to invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Handle ad-hoc finance and operational queries from the Sales team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve pending issues.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending invoices, payments, or documentation.
• Support the Sales team with other finance-related operational tasks as required.

Key Requirements

What are we looking for?

• B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or a related qualification preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks.
• Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Must be available to work from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST.
