• Install, configure, and upgrade system-wide software

• Collaborate with network and database administrators to ensure system reliability

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in Citrix server administration

• Demonstrated proficiency in user security and access provisioning
• Track record of effective end-user ticket resolution and solution documentation
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in system administration
