Records assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Remote Records Assistant to help maintain and manage digital records from a home-based workspace. In this role, you will organize files, update records, and ensure information is accurate and easy to retrieve. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain electronic records and files.
• Enter, update, and verify information in company databases.
• Scan, upload, and file digital documents.
• Review records for accuracy and completeness.
• Retrieve and share documents as requested by team members.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer.
• Previous administrative or records management experience is a plus but not required.
