What You'll Do

As a Remote Client Support Associate, you'll combine customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and client support in a fully virtual environment.

❤️ Provide Ongoing Client Support

• Assist existing clients with policy-related questions
• Conduct policy reviews when appropriate
• Assist with beneficiary updates

Rather than spending your day randomly prospecting, you'll connect with individuals and families who have requested information regarding available benefits.
