You will build trusted relationships, ensure clients feel supported and informed, and help them access the financial tools and education they need to succeed. What You'll Do

• Deliver prompt, professional responses to client inquiries and issues, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a reliable, trusted point of contact.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional services or solutions that align with each client’s needs and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client questions and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Capture client feedback and insights to help refine our offerings and improve processes.

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6–12 months, become a trusted advisor for your clients, known for reliable follow-through and clear communication. Consistently achieve high client satisfaction, reflected in positive feedback and strong client retention. Effectively expand client relationships by matching clients with appropriate additional services that support their objectives. Contribute to a collaborative team culture by sharing best practices and helping improve how we serve clients.

Compensation and Benefits
