WorkWave is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to join their team in Holmdel, specifically within the G&A - Human Resources Management - CHRO department.

About the opportunity

The Sr. HR Generalist role is a key position that supports the overall human resources function, providing guidance and support to employees and management on various HR-related matters.

What you'll get to do

• Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to enhance employee experience and engagement
• Provide coaching and guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive process improvements

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficiency in HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and performance management software
• Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
