ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time User Support Associate to help us maintain and improve user satisfaction as we continue to expand. This is a remote role.

As a User Support Associate, you will:

• Provide exceptional user support and address user inquiries effectively
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve user issues promptly
• Gather and analyze user feedback to improve our product
• Work closely with our marketing and product teams to communicate user needs and preferences

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Frequent, hands-on use of Pikkit
• A strong understanding of sports betting and how the Pikkit product works
• 1+ year(s) of experience in customer support or a related role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to user issues

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• This is a part-time role and we're looking for roughly 10-35 hours per week
• Flexibility in working hours, with availability during evenings and weekends, may be needed
• This role is fully remote
