What You'll Do
- Manage multiple commercial accounts simultaneously — track renewals, open items, and client follow-ups across your full book
- Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and handle endorsement requests accurately and quickly
- Review policies for accuracy at issuance; catch and correct errors before they reach the client
- Maintain clean, complete account records in the agency management system
- Coordinate with producers on renewals, remarketing, and new business support
- Flag recurring carrier or process issues so they get fixed upstream

- You're comfortable working directly with underwriters — following up, negotiating, escalating when needed
- You hold an active P&C license (or can obtain one quickly)
- You're detail-oriented and accurate even when the volume is high
